BedBugTreatmentNorman.com is a referral service, not a pest control company. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site or call the referral line, who receives it, and the choices you have. It also sets out the main terms for using this site.
Information We Collect
When you call the referral line, the call-tracking service logs your phone number, the time and length of the call, and your ZIP area. Calls may be recorded. If you email the site, your message and email address are kept only to reply to you.
When you browse the site, the hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. The host keeps them to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How We Use Information
Call details are used to connect you with an independent local provider that serves your area. The provider who takes the call receives your phone number and ZIP area so they can speak with you about inspection and treatment.
Server logs are used to run the site, fix problems, and block abuse. Call records help confirm that the referral line works for Norman callers. No personal information is sold to anyone.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies. Nothing is stored on your device to remember your visits, your preferences, or the pages you viewed.
If that changes, this policy will be updated first to say which tools are used and why. You can always set your browser to refuse cookies, and the site and the call button will keep working normally.
Call Tracking and Call-Backs
Calls to the listed number pass through a call-tracking service, which routes each call to an independent provider and may record it. Your number and ZIP area go to the provider who answers. Calls are connected 6 a.m. to midnight Central Time (7 a.m. to 1 a.m. during daylight saving time).
If you use the request form on this site, the details you enter go to LeadSmart, the lead partner that runs the form, and to an independent local provider. LeadSmart’s own consent wording and privacy terms apply.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
This site does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only as described above: with the call-tracking service, the provider who takes your call, and LeadSmart if you use the request form.
Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, to protect the safety or rights of this site or others, or in a transfer of the site. Only what is necessary and lawful is shared.
Terms of Using This Site
This site is an information and referral service only. It does not carry out pest control work. Providers are independent businesses. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed.
No promise is made about provider availability, timing, or price. To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from a provider's work.
Data Retention and Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Server logs and call records are kept only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal requirements.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Providers, LeadSmart and the call-tracking service keep their own records under their own policies. If you have concerns about your data, use the contact below.
User Rights
You can ask what personal information this site holds about you, request a copy, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also ask that your information not be used for certain purposes.
To make a request, email [email protected]. Requests are answered within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This site and the referral line are intended for adults. Personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please make a request so it can be removed.
If information from a child under 13 is found to have been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the site works or in the law. Any new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Please review this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy. Oklahoma law governs these terms.
